EFC 3 Concept & Rules

Rules and Regulations As Sparky 60 is champion of last two edition , he gets benefit of not playing group stage and is directly qualified for last 16. Details to be explained in tournament format. Players who belong to Elite bombsquaders and Super Squad are only eligible to play in this tournament. Only players with known profile are eligible for participation. Unknown profiles registration will be discarded in any case by coordinators. Due to fair play reasons , use of turbo mode is strictly prohibited. In any case ,player found with such practice will face permanent ban in future tournaments. Also , only Android users are allowed to appeal in such case. Lag rules remain same as before as players have to check before match starts. Postpone of any schedule is not allowed more than once. Walkover would be awarded in such case. While registering for tournament, PC players should register with their PC id only and not by Google play Id. For Android players, they can submit their Google id or Android number as per their choice. If submitted id doesn't match with id during tournament, player will be disqualified by coordinators. No player should question decision of coordinator without any base else would pay penalty of 2 pts from his score. Tournament Format Tourney format remains same as before. No power ups nor any type of bombs enabled. Pure death matches. Also , this time we have decided to give preference to champion. As Sparky 60 holds the title , he wouldn't be taking part in group stage. Thus, only 15 players will be qualified from group stage. Similarly, this season champion will also get the same benefit in the next EFC edition. All matches will be played with 3 series with 2 series needed to win. Winning a match will earn you 3 pts, walkover earns you 2 pts. Table topper from each group will not face champion in last 16. Also, We have decided to add ranking system which will give players benefit in upcoming tournaments. It will be applied from last 16 round. As of group distribution, it will be conveyed after registration of tournament. But turbo complaint will be reviewed only if any Android device user comes with one. We have made a review committee for this ( Seenu, Sumvid, Kalyan, DiligentCoast69). Following is the process to be followed to register your complaint:- Any Android device have to notify about such case to coordinators. Replay of that match to be saved by player. Forward that replay to coordinators. Coordinators will then forward the matter to review committee. Final decision of review committee will not be changed. As in case of PC players , we know it may sound unfair but it will be very hard to make out whether player is using turbo or not because of “Punch Spam” which is easier to do in PC . That doesn't give freedom of using turbo against PC player. Hence, we may or may not review the situation. But there are limitations to apply as all matches can't be kept under review and therefore only 3 review is allowed for all Android users and only one review for PC users.
